If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns may be accepted only for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or custom-made reasons.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
